OPINION OF COUNSEL RELATIVE TO RIGHTS-OF-WAY

The attorney representing the loan applicant uses this form to issue an opinion relative to required rights-of-way needed for a project.

Submit the original of the completed form in hard copy or facsimile to the appropriate Rural Development servicing office.

The attorney must complete all items defined in the following table.
