Instructions For CRP-2

Producers use this form to offer land for the Conservation Reserve Program when the program is offered. Contact the Farm Service Agency (FSA) Office for a copy of the FSA156-EZ Farm Record and a current map photocopy of your farm. The FSA-156 contains all of the information needed to complete form CRP-2, CRP Worksheet such as the farm number, tract number, and cropland acres. The map photocopy will be helpful in determining the field numbers and acres in the fields offered.
