SEVERANCE AGREEMENT

This form is used to sever collateral, which is affixed to real estate, from applicable real estate law.  This allows CCC to remove collateral in the event of foreclosure without interference from real estate lien holders and owners.

Lienholders and anyone having a security interest in the real estate underlying Farm Storage Facility Loan collateral complete this form.  Obtain unknown information from the FSA County Office.

The subordinating lender signs the completed form. Submit the original of the completed form in hard copy to the appropriate FSA servicing office.   DO NOT FAX. 

 

Items (a) through (o) are completed by the Lienholders.

Enter the signature of duly authorized officer of the corporation.  If you are mailing this form, print the form and manually enter your signature.

Acknow-ledgement

Have the form notarized by a Notary Public. The Notary shall enter:
