I am having problems signing in.
For assistance with your USDA eAuthentication user ID and/or password or for technical Assistance with the
USDA eAuthentication system, contact the USDA eAuthentication Help Desk at
eAuthHelpDesk@usda.gov. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your first and last name
- Your eAuthentication User ID
- Indicate whether you are a public customer, federal employee, state, or district employee
- If you are a federal employee, provide the name of your employing agency
- The URL (Web Address) of the Web site or application you were attempting to access
- The text of any error messages and a detailed description of the problem

I am having problems with my browser.
If you experience problems with the eForms web site, your browser, or you need technical assistance,
such as hardware and software requirements needed for completing forms, you can contact the Centralized
Help Desk by
- phone at 1-800-457-3642,
- When you call the Help Desk, you will hear a prerecorded message. After the first list
of menu options, press 3, which is "All other callers or
for assistance with the USDA eCommerce website or WebCAAF."
- After you press 3, you will hear the next menu option which will ask you to
idenify your time zone. Please press the number for your time zone.

information listed below for that individual.

Please include the following information when contacting the Centralized Help Desk:
- Your name.
- The state and county where you live.
- Your phone number, including area code and extension number.
- A brief description of the problem.
- The browser and operating system you are using.
- If you do not know the browser you are using, you can find this information
by clicking on Help and then clicking on About on the browser's menu bar.
- Examples of operating systems are Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows NT,
Windows 2000, Linux, and Macintosh.
The Help Desk hours of operation are 6:00 AM CST – 6:00
PM CST, Monday through Friday. If you call after the normal hours of operation, you will be ask
to leave a voice mail message.
